How to read this page: “P” marks provisional data. MMT = million metric tonnes; MMTPA = million metric tonnes per annum; BCM = billion cubic metres; MMSCM = million standard cubic metres; TMT = thousand metric tonnes. Import dependence follows PPAC's definition on a consumption basis. Data can be revised; check the source before citing.

This dashboard does not show retail pump prices of petrol and diesel, because they vary by city and change over time. Oil marketing companies publish them daily.
